We are looking for someone, who would like to explore the challenge - of building a Sales Department and getting first deals.The process is supervised by SalesMachies, sales consulting specialists.This is a 100% remote position!
Responsibilities - Deep understanding NashPush solution, competitors, the market
- Building and managing the sales pipeline from outbound (mainly) and inbound (additionally) channels
- Multichannel approach: video calls, phone calls, emails, chats etc.
- Occasional participation in international events
- Close cooperation with the other commercial and product teams, especially Product, Marketing and the Board
- Taking ownership of building the Sales Department - suggesting ICP and sales process improvements
Requirements - Minimum 4 years of direct sales experience - the more, the better
- Nice to have an experience in SaaS model, Digital Sales, AdTech or MarTech
- C1 level or native English, both written and spoken
- A positive “can-do” attitude
- Organized and dedicated with a strong work ethic
- A basic understanding of Internet marketing
- Can be trusted to work without supervision
- Entrepreneurial and innovative attitude
- Work on the basic salary + commissions scheme (to be built for this role)
- Knowledge of using a CRM
